Raw Live Food classes for 2009 in Townsville
Come to my funfilled, nutrition packed, energetic Raw Living Foods preparation classes! Dates for 2009 are being planned and updated all the time!Our next class on the 18th May is going to be on Transitioning to Raw Live Foods. It is going to be a great day, we are covering many topics ranging from alkalising, integrating green super foods to your life, making lots of delicious foods, how to replace old habits and introduce exciting new ones...and much more!!
The low $100 fee includes: a relaxing 4 hours of Raw Food demonstrations, an abundance of organic "live" gourmet tasters, a meal and raw blended drinks all day, information pack on raw living lifestyles and comprehensive recipes to take home with you, links and resources to outstanding web based information, your questions answered and plenty of conversation! All in a lush, tropical spa like setting!

The next Raw Food for Kids workshop is TBA. This is an extremely enlightening day covering interesting ways to feed the kids yummy alkalising foods that taste Rawesome!
Mumma's are welcome for a relaxing day of info, all you can munch workshop, leave the kids with dad for the day! Maximum places for the class is 10. Please email your interest to whollyraw@gmail.com.
